Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders within India. For COD orders, a standard shipping charge of ₹500 applies.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer COD on a minimum order value of ₹5000.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We deliver to over 200 countries worldwide. We accept prepaid international orders only. Standard shipping fee of approximately ₹5,500. 

How long does delivery take?

For Pret (ready-to-ship) items, your order will typically reach you within 15-20 days after dispatch for domestic deliveries, while international orders arrive within 15 days. 

For Made-To-Order pieces, the skilled artisans will meticulously craft your garment according to your specific measurements, creating a truly personalized piece just for you. The delivery timeline for these bespoke creations varies and is mentioned in each product's description. You'll find the estimated delivery time on every product page, so you'll know exactly when to expect your order.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number on your WhatsApp number. You can monitor your package's journey directly from our website too by putting your order ID and registered phone number.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can help with address changes, but time is of the essence! Please contact us immediately at crm@warehouse-india.com or call +91 98115 22429. Unfortunately, once items are dispatched, we cannot redirect them to a different address.

Are my items insured during shipping?

Yes, every single item is fully insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your delivery address. Your designer pieces are precious to us, and we ensure they're protected throughout their journey to you.
